How low can they go?

So it seems we are nearing the bottom, at least that what it feels like.

A recent article in the Chicago Tribune suggests that sellers are getting it and prices have been adjusting to levels that are finally attractive to buyers who have been sitting on the sidelines waiting. The real question is how low can we go? Many analysts believe that our inventory levels are too high for the present number of working Americans and that we may have a 5%-10% further adjustment before we level out. No matter what you feel, it is a great time to buy.
