Chicago's Historic Districts In Jeapordy?

It appears that Chicago may be putting the age and historic significance to the way side. According to Crain's Chicago, an Illinois appellate court recently struck down Chicago's Landmark ordinance claiming it is "unconstitutionally vague" which may put at risk 50 of Chicago's historic districts and up to 250 buildings. Although not in effect yet, it may be the start of some major changes. Let's not let these great pieces of history disappear!!
